On the day

Please meet us at the East Court entrance of Alexandra Palace, just inside the main doors on the right-hand side. The address is: Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY

Summit is a 60 minute experience. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time. You will spend most of Summit outside, with 10 to 15 minutes on the top viewing platform!

Please meet us 15 minutes before your allocated start time. If you want to turn up earlier, there is the East Court Café or Boat House Café, The Ice Rink or a walk around Alexandra Palace Park before your Summit experience.

Yes! It is possible to watch ‘Summiteers’ from the outside of Alexandra Palace. We love cheerleaders so feel free to bring them along for a stroll in the Alexandra Palace Park, to enjoy the views, and have a coffee in the East Court Café or Boat House Café… There is no charge for entry into Alexandra Palace or Alexandra Palace Park.

Dogs aren’t allowed on the Summit experience but the Alexandra Palace Park is very dog friendly.

Not really. The only difference will be that you may have to pass through security (bag and security wand checks) at the entrance to Alexandra Palace and will want to allow a little more time to arrive 15 minutes before your climb is scheduled to depart.

Clothing: Suitable and comfortable clothing for outdoor activity. We do not provide waterproofs, jackets and other protective clothing so make sure to dress for the weather conditions. We recommend gloves and hats for the winter.

Footwear: Suitable outdoor footwear. No open toe shoes, high heels, and / or shoes with no back on them (flip flops / sliders). Trainers are perfect.

Accessories: You may wear watches, bracelets, jewellery at your own risk. We may ask you to remove long necklaces, shawls and anything that may get caught up in safety equipment if it poses a risk of entanglement.

Yes. We recommend you bring minimal personal belongings as our key code lockers are small (big enough for valuable items only such as phones, wallets, headphones). We also have storage cases for larger items (no bigger than cabin size and one per group), but these cannot be locked so valuables should not be left in these. They are kept in the Summit reception area. Any items left are left at your own risk and we do not accept responsibility for their safekeeping.

We will endeavour to fit you onto a later climb however, this depends on availability, and we cannot guarantee this. In this situation, we would not issue a refund. We ask all customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled climb departure time to allow for any setbacks.
